correct as is SHOW page's 'FCR TGTS/OBSTACLES' does nothing

This is what it shows for me at the download link (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/upload/iblock/99d/eo2rpbefcggjpaxtalj3v9s8ln46ois7/DCS AH-64D Early Access Guide EN.pdf), and it seems the information is somewhat outdated.

If there's a new version available, I'm not sure where to find it.

Go to your DCS installation and under Mods\aircraft\AH-64D\Doc you'll find the updated manual.

I've tried with another scenario that had more than 16 targets, and those additional targets do not seem to show up under any circumstance. Are low priority targets not yet implemented?

If they are implemented, I can boot up the scenario and provide a track for it to show they're not there. Just am asking if what I'm experiencing here is a bug or something that's not yet implemented in the simulation.

They are implemented, I've seen them in Open Beta myself. But they will only show on the TSD, and only if the TSD is set to ATK phase.

If you see the total target count in the top right corner of the FCR page indicating a number greater than 16, there will be low priority targets on the TSD. But again, they will only be shown if set to ATK phase and if you have the Show option enabled.
