Mouse control for mig-21

So this is something a few people probably won't agree but i wish that eagle dynamics would add mouse control for mig-21. you see I am a mouse and keyboard player because I can't get my xbox controller to work I know I can get the stick to fly the plane but i never wanted that. I made a free trial on the mig-21 and I noticed you can't move your mouse/camera in the mig-21 I'm hoping it is something the developer can add. please correct me if I put this post on the wrong topic this is my first time using the forums on any of the games company website

and I'm pretty sure you can both control it with X-box controller and use mouse for the camera/view.

I tried xbox controller before i could not bind any keys to it so i asked for help in DCS discord server but everyone told me that the developer did not model it for it to work on the mouse and xbox controller

Ok, I didn't know. I thought it was standard in controls for any module. Nevertheless there is still possibility to edit some lua files to make it work.

oh alright i think that problems only happen when the planes was made a while ago (i think the mig-21 was made a few years ago)
sadly do i not know how to edit the lua files so I'm just gonna have to stick to what i have

There are already threads about it for years if you want to look at the rabbit hole. Seriously, go to the MiG-21bis subforum and ask, users will help you set everything up.

The mouse look should work with double click on the middle mouse button (switching between panning/look/transpose), then one click on the middle mouse button again or double again changes the mouse view behavior. You may need to unbind "Mouse Transpose" from middle mouse button in the controls, idk.
