Seems that this script error issue persists.  I encountered it today when flying Mission 3 for the first time. I confirm  all 4  Cobweb blue members were present and accounted for throughout including at the time of the issue.  I bombed the bridge with Blue 1 and bombs hit and the error occurs accompanied by screen freeze. I hit escape on keyboard...stayed frozen.  Keyboard, mouse all unresponsive.  Had to bring up task manager and quit DCS.  No mods on my system.  Note also that Blue 1 buzzed the target but no munitions were released...no guns, no bombs. Blue 3 and Blue 4 were engaged in some screwy airshow display...all over the place.   I will do the DCS repair process but will move onto the next mission.

Roger. I'll probably remove that script. It's a nice feature, but for some people it gives an error. For some it doesn't. Weird.

As for the AI not dropping: ED recently updated the way the AI attacks targets, and it resulted in a mess. I'm seeing more dry runs than actual drops. Not just this campaign and not just the P-51. I've been bombarding them with tracks, to no avail so far. Please next time you see this save a track and post it in the general AI bugs thread.

Had the same happen yesterday, of course I forgot to save a track, because by the time I made it back to base I had forgotten about it momentarily. Not that this nice, uneventful mission had anything to do with that.... 😉

Cobweb Blue 4 was taken out by Flak crossing the coast, so I was only with 1 and 3.

I alt-tabbed out and managed to close the notification windows (by pressing "Enter"), and the mission resumed normally, DCS did not freeze.

Whether or not 1 and 3 actually engaged the target with their bombs, I don't know. I *believe* I saw one of them on a  strafing run (saw tracers going in). Other than in the previous two missions, the AI did climb significantly before attacking the ground targets, at least above the first cloud layer. IDK if that helps.
