Its not, its only available in the F-14 controls, the rest dont have it & the keybind doesnt work when flying them. Its very strange

i confirm this works in all modules. keybind is likely in a genral category which is not a specific airplane.
I use LCtl- Z ( qwerty keyboard) to accelerate time but I do not remember whether this is the default bind.

Asus Z-170E, Intel i5-6600K @ 4.2GHz, 16GB RAM

If any time modification is available in F-14 (I don't have the module, so I don't know), let's try to ignore it and use the one in the UI layer instead:

In UI layer, you can find the "time" actions:

These should work in all the modules.
