DCoffey Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Got it to work! To get the developer option to show up in the headset, go to developers.meta.com and login with your headsets credentials and create a team, the name can be anything. Open app on phone and select the device and enable developer mode. Reboot headset, now the developer option should show. Enable developer options. Under the movement menu enable track hand and body movement. Along with the previous items above in the first email it now works. Now I'll start experimenting.

DCoffey Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Found it rather hard to flip switches and turn dials even after disabling the pointers, it's to bad. this really could have been a great feature to free up hotas binds. Went back to using the mouse.

Went back to using the mouse. I tried the hand tracking a while ago and had the same experience as you. Kinda works, but turning dials was near impossible. Slugmouse replaces your physical mouse with two finger mounted mice - left and right index fingers. Hand movement is tracked in VR and moves the mouse cursor over a cockpit control You then click using the 5-way hat switch of the Slugmouse. No fumbling about, no stabbing at the controls, simple, reliable and is now on a 20% discount sale until the end of December. https://forum.dcs.world/topic/344857-20-christmas-sale-discount-slugmouse-a-mouse-button-emulator-for-hand-tracked-cockpit-clicking/ 1 Slugmouse: a finger-mounted mouse button emulator for hand-tracked VR cockpit clicking.
