unrealistic for year and version If MALD-J is added to the game, will F-16 become the best BVR fighter in DCS?

MALD-J is somewhat similar to TALD, the purpose is to create confusion to the enemy. But MALD has its own engine and MALD-J also carry a jammer.  It can completely nullify adversary radar. So do you guys think it make the game very unbalance once it is added to the game?
