Numerous Keybinds Not Working

Has anybody had difficulty with the Strike Eagle's keybinds? I've tried to make HOTAS binds, startup macros, and voice commands on the Strike Eagle, and some commands simply don't work. To test if it's something with my macro software or whatever, I cut it out of the process and simply made a single keyboard keystroke try to initiate some action in the cockpit; This had no success. So far I've found that the following commands don't do anything:

 

NAV FLIR: OFF/STBY/ON

Landing/Taxi Light: LNDG/OFF/TAXI

Tail Flood Lights OFF/DIM/BRT (Actually causes "Landing/Taxi Light: LNDG")

(WSO) ICS Mode Switch MAN

AN/APG-70 Radar: OFF/STBY/ON/EMERG

Flyup Enable Switch Cover OPEN

Flyup Enable Switch DISABLE

Add "NCTR Enable Switch On," "PODS Mode Switch: STBY," and "PODS Mode Switch: XMIT" to that list

I do not have all of the bindings in your list, but the ones we have in common are still working. I have reviewed all bindings for the F-15E and I haven't lost any.

Note: the AN/APG-70 Radar: OFF/STBY/ON/EMERG  has never worked for me, just like the other rotary switches on the "Sensor" panel. As a work-around I have bound the positions "STBY" and "ON" to a 2-position switch and that works fine. Have the CW/CCW commands ever worked for you?

It's interesting that yours is working, because mine clearly isn't. The video below shows a controlled experiment in which keybinds work in the "adjust controls" menu, then some keybinds work in the cockpit, some do not, and one actually accidentally switches a different control.
