Ships not spawning

Good afternoon,

Following the latest update to DCS, there appears to be a bug in place whereby naval assets are not spawning despite being placed successfully in multiplayer. I initially assumed that this was a mod compatibility issue, but core game naval assets are not spawning either. Are you able to advise/assist?

Many thanks

Remove all of your mods, run a repair and try again. Other users reported the same issue and it was traced back to a certain mod causing issues with ships.

Thanks, now to identify which mod caused the conflict...

If you find it, would you post which one here?

It was an old version of the Codename Flaker SU 30, an old CH Mig29 and the JAS 39C Gripen mod which were causing conflicts and issues for me

repairing didn't work

Since you didn't mention removing any, check your saved games folder for any mods.  A repair won't touch that and they can cause issues.

This is why using OvGME or Open Mod Manager should always be used for mods - 'cause when something like this happens how are you going to find and remove that file without borking your entire saved games/dcs folder??

The only way to bork the saved games folder is if you have absolutely no idea what you are doing. Otherwise deconflicting mods is as simple as OvGME.
