DCS Stutters in VR, Just Started Recently

Hello... So about 45 days ago, my system started stuttering hard in VR. I have attached a log of my last game on Through the Inferno, so hopefully you can possibly see something there that's triggering this. It makes it borderline unplayable where it will drop my FPS to 1 or 0 temporarily. Super killer when you're trying to refuel or miss terrain. I'm not a computer guy, so I will attach as much info as I can. I've been looking all over the internet for help. Nothing seems to fix anything. I am on MT. It even stutters in Free Flight mode too. Hopefully I can get some help, because I'm near the point of giving up. Thanks so much guys!

@Flappie thanks!!! I did all those and ran one time on a server… it seemed to run much better. I’m going to try several more and see if it’s truly fixed. Do my logs represent any specific issues that you can see? I have no clue how to read that.

I see one issue in your log: some USB device is plugged then unplugged all the time.

If you have already disabled hot plug detection in DCS, maybe this issue is no more.
