cadete2000 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 sometime I can zoom in and out with the mouse, in the cockpit ,other I can`t ,Why?
sobek Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 It's a known bug where the mouse switches between its functions, will be fixed in the patch AFAIK Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
Distiler Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Maybe it's just about hitting alt+c AMD Ryzen 1400 // 16 GB DDR4 2933Mhz // Nvidia 1060 6GB // W10 64bit // Microsoft Sidewinder Precision 2
Kankkis Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 When you cannot zoom or use mouseview, press "ESC" two times at row, it helps. Jani
LastRifleRound Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 if you want the mouse to control POV and zoom, hit ESC, then "Cancel". If you want it to stay static to better manipulate gauges, ABRIS, etc. hit any external view key (F2) then hit (F1) again. It's a bug, but quite a manageable one (unless, of course, you have external views disabled....)
Boulund Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 The "correct" way to handle this would be to press Left Alt + C to change between mouselook mode and mouse interaction mode Core i5-760 @ 3.6Ghz, 4GB DDR3, Geforce GTX470, Samsung SATA HDD, Dell UH2311H 1920x1080, Saitek X52 Pro., FreeTrack homemade cap w/ LifeCam VX-1000, Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1. FreeTrack in DCS A10C (64bit): samttheeagle's headtracker.dll
slug88 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 The "correct" way to handle this would be to press Left Alt + C to change between mouselook mode and mouse interaction mode Agreed. Try this before you go messing around with external views and the esc key. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Thanks!
Kankkis Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 If i use Left alt + c , i got two options, mouse interaction and mouselook with no interaction? If i want Mouselook + mouseinteraction at the same time i must press "esc" twice. Jani
Boulund Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 That would be the bug that "probably" will make it into the next patch as a "feature" ;) If i use Left alt + c , i got two options, mouse interaction and mouselook with no interaction? If i want Mouselook + mouseinteraction at the same time i must press "esc" twice.
