grim_reaper68 Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 Hi, I'm working on the heli rotorhead animation. The animation is good in 3DSmax, but not in the EDMViewer what did I do wrong? Desktop 2024.05.01 - 15.15.24.01.mp4
rato65 Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 maybe a confusion with args? the 3dmax animation shows arg 276, in modelviewer you move 277. also there are more than one movement in 3dmax in you 276 animation, like the cylinders and the ring. did you adress these under 276?
grim_reaper68 Posted May 1, 2024 Author Posted May 1, 2024 The args 276 and 277 are used to move forward / backward and left/right, and the problem is the same with arg 274 (up/down). It's about the fact that in EDM all the parts moves together, as in 3DSMAX, you can see that the base of the cylinder stays in place. Does it come from the method. I use the point helper to set the arg animations, and all the parts are then linked together.

grim_reaper68 Posted May 7, 2024 Author Posted May 7, 2024 I found the answer, DCS don't use neither constrains, nor locks from the link info. So I had to make it a different way as I thought. 1 1
