Tnt Snipes Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 is anyone using this type of joystick "microsoft sidewinder" if yes... i have this joystick it has force feedback the stick centralizes when played in game mode but gets loose when played in simulation mode... i have to hold it constantly even if the trim is activated or in hover on mode... if anyone is using similar joystick would love to hear your feed back.... thanks [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sobek Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 There are 2 different controller setups for arcade and sim mode. Just switch to the sim mode under control setup and activate force feedback. 192nd_Erdem Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 What you get is totally normal and realistic. When you trim in real Ka-50, the stick stays where you trimmed. I mean no Force Feedback at all But Mission/Campaing missions working great. Be sure y check those SWAP AXIS on in Joystick Axis options. Every time I trimmed- it would immediately pull to the right and was driving me crazy! Now it is perfectly functional and now that it works, I can fly this beast like it was my ol' 79 Cutlass Supreme! Now the fun begins!
