Hi,

I try to make a mission in which Silkworm missile are fired against tanker and its escort.

The AWACS does not detect the missile either by using 'request bogey dope' or request picture'. But If I lock the missile on the radar (with the F/A-18C) and select 'declare', the AWACS confirm it's a hostile.

Track attached.

Thanks,

Vincent

AWACS won't report missiles of any kind, probably intended to reduce clutter, but it's annoying when dealing with large missiles like cruise missiles.

Hey both, thanks for the report. I have submitted this to the team and they agree that this should be a "thing" in DCS, of course, systems like this are highly classified and near impossible to model to real-world docs. We will take a look at it, and research and plan out a good approach to give a realistic reflection of this. Obviously, I cannot give a timeline right now but it is reported.
