correct as-is Fuel selector input bind for "Fuel Selector Valve FWD Tank Closed" bug (2024, still not fixed)

See the bug report from 2021. Now, 2024. Never fixed. There are reports from 2019 too (https://forum.dcs.world/topic/212014-fixed-internally-fuel-tank-selector/), said to be resolved internally but, no. Ty.

As far as I can see these bindings are correct now. I bound buttons to the 4 bindings, and they all worked as expected. My "default.lua" is not modified.
