           Could someone tell me where the starter button is on instrument panel. Read me says hold down start button but can't seem to find it?

I'm not sure... but if it's anything like the UH-1, there isn't one you can click on. You need to map a key or button for it.

It's on the extreme of the Collective lever, you need to bind a button for it or use a keyboard binding:
