I wish someone would come up with some non-obtrusive but effective visual effect for that. Maybe some subtle stretching of the top of the image that scales with g-load, combined with the opposite effect (compression) at the bottom. At least nowadays in DCS high g loads are profusely accompanied of vibrations and sound effects. The best current "solution" to this problem (apart from ungodly costly motion platforms) is a buttkicker-kind device, that translates Gs into different gains of vibration. I like the idea with the visual effect though. The details must still be worked out, but the general idea isn't bad!
