RvEYoda Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 On request I have written a quick guide on one way how to dodge ARH missiles here : http://169thpanthers.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1040 S = SPARSE(m,n) abbreviates SPARSE([],[],[],m,n,0). This generates the ultimate sparse matrix, an m-by-n all zero matrix. - Matlab help on 'sparse'
RvEYoda Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) Quick update for anyone using target step I have rewritten the target step client side (and server), it now uses sockets and not file i/o to tell lockon to target step. You will need the new version of the clientside mod available here : http://yoda.reservoirselite.com/LRM%202.0%20with%20snap%20support/targetStepOnClient/targetStepOnClient.zip If you are using the server side beta you will also need to update that to 1.5b (which is up right now) I don't expect any more changes to the code before release. ;) Update There were some bugfixes included, but it should all be sorted now. I'm releasing TONIGHT! If we don't find any more issues, oh yes, LRM 2.0 is going official Tonight! Edited May 14, 2009 by =RvE=Yoda S = SPARSE(m,n) abbreviates SPARSE([],[],[],m,n,0). 104th_Crunch Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 I would PM Yoda directly with your questions Hajduk. The 51st have a map rotation as well but I am not sure if it AMRACT they are using.

GGTharos Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 I've just spoken with Yoda. He isn't even certain he has the source code any more, and if he does it's several countries away; finally, AMRACT sucks anyway. :P [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

GGTharos Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 No problem. It works, but it is a serious hack - I know it's painful to not have a mission rotator, but for now, try not to worry about it. It is also possible that 51st may be able to help you with it since it seems they are running a version of it. Yoda is currently doing some very interesting research ( Not related to flying ) and he is very hard-pressed. X-man Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 51st is actually running the good old Dead-mac software, not AMRACT :) 64th Aggressor Squadron Discord: 64th Aggressor Squadron TS: 135.181.115.54

Case Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 (edited) Thanks GG. Hmmm ... the AMRACT looked promising.I think I may have AMRACT somewhere, but it is on a machine I can't access until the weekend. However, if you want simple mission rotation, Dedmac is more suited. AMRACT is really for if you want to do objective based mission rotation. Unfortunately it never really caught on... 104th_Crunch Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 I had a copy on my harddrive (see attached), however, I would take Case's suggestion and look at Deadmac.AMRACT.zip
4c Hajduk Veljko Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Thanks fellows. I'll take a look at both of these options. 104th_Crunch Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Geir, Also, each server will indicate in their Hyperlobby listing and/or the mission brief if they use LRM and what parts of LRM they use.

Aeroscout Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 169th 104th 4C sometimes 51st few things ATM, the 104th does NOT use it. However, we do expect to put it back up soon with some of the features. DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices
Case Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 The 51st has the following running on the <51>Dedicated: Tacview G15support Strobelightsupport LockOnPanelSupport Touchbuddysupport FixEagleRadar PayloadControl AirfieldScripts AirfieldOwnership OnlyRunwayTakeoff OnlyParkedRefuel AntiRFloorsploit AntiRFloorsploit2 DeadisDead Besides this, we have adapted the LRM script to limit weapons in one of our missions that is in rotation. Whenever this mission is up, payloads are restricted to 1980's only, and no AIM-120's, R-27ER's, R-27ET's, R-27EM's or R-77's are allowed. Furthermore, some A2G payloads are also restricted. Our missions make heavy use of the airbase ownership in LRM by restricting takeoffs only from spawn points and forward airbases. Our stats page is intertwined with this. Any pilot that lands at a friendly airbase gets the points he earned in his flight doubled. There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
