[Bug] Jester menu would not close.

After attempting to replace a map marker waypoint, the menu froze and would not open or close.

same bug

add lat long and pressing entre

jest says missing some numbers then the ui wont close

if you press esc key  the jester window does disappear but selecting resume it still stays open

Which mission or server did that happen on? It is likely corrupt map marker names messing up the UI and then it can't d do anything anymore.

Just happened to my teammate on Flashpoint server. He was in the jester menu when another friend entered the WSO seat.

Just happened to me as well. We were playing MP on a TTI mission. Had made one map marker into a steer point, then later in the flight had selected a waypoint to overwrite and then selected "Map markers" for that one when the menu got stuck. this included cursor response via my head tracking. and long and short presses wouldn't break it free. also tried to submit items to jester from the bomb table, as well as switching armament modes hoping it might un-stuck jester. no luck. landed with it and needed to re-slot.

Yeah, when it happens the UI is broken until it gets reloaded.

It occurs when it tries to display a map marker with corrupt symbols in it.

I had it a couple of times also. Always after trying to add a waypoint from a map marker

It happens when you enter the menu "Edit Flightplan... Map Markers".
The issue has been fixed for the upcoming patch.
