I've posted this in the campaign channel, but I was thinking maybe I should ask in the general F16 channel to get more help. I can't manage to aim with the CBU-87 in this mission.

First of all, the BA setting is weird, at 4927 ft, but it's mission parameter and it's not clear if it's a visual bug (the number shows 4927, but it's behaving maybe like it's 1500?). I won't get into that, as some other posts are talking about this.

If I ignore the BA setting, I can't quite understand how it's possible to be precise with a CBU in a mission like this, where it appears to be quite windy (you can see in my video, the left/right oscillations are not from rudder inputs. It's the wind). From what I understand, the plane computer does not account for wind when releasing bombs? Meaning you have to eyeball it?

If it's the case, in a pop-up SEAD attack like it is required in this mission, it's very difficult to have consistent hits. I can appreciate the fact that I'm not great at it, but still...

Among other things I  guess some of you will say my dive angle is too shallow and the bombs would deviate more due to wind when dropped from a shallow dive... but again I don't understand how one would be able to consistently achieve a perfect dive angle in a pop-up attack like this?

I still tried to eyeball it and release much before my target (I had to hit the radar SA-2 in the middle of the vehicles set in circle). Yet, they still hit long by a decent margin.

Is it really just my dive that is the problem here?

It's not you.  There's a thread in the bug subforum.  For now, at least, you have to go into the mission editor and open and close the fuze menu by hitting okay, but you'll probably want to change the fuze settings anyway.
