When you accidentally disconnect due to maneuvering and do not cycle your AAR door quickly enough (DISENGAGED light), the tanker is not allowed to put in the boom. However, the DCS tanker just ignores it and sticks the boom in regardless. Only to then immediately realize his mistake and then falsely call out "transfer complete". ED is investigating this issue. In th meantime, cycle your AAR door and ask the tanker to refuel again. He will then continue filling you up with fuel 1

What do you mean by "the tanker is not allowed to put in the boom."? Its always out, just waiting to reconnect. But I have seen this false call out "transfter compelte" a couple of times, and it was really strange to me why is calling that.
Zabuzard Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 (edited) If you watch it closely with time decellerated, you will see that the tanker just plugs it in despite DISCONNECTED light, then instantly disconnects within one frame and calls out "transfer complete". The tanker does not respect us sending to it "you are not allowed to plug it in right now". It only realizes it after plugging in and then goes weird, saying "transfer complete".
