Performance drop (FPS) after the May 2024 update

After the latest update released this month, I experienced a drop in FPS, especially during multiplayer sessions.
I don't know if anyone has encountered the same problem as me, yet my PC configuration has remained unchanged.

What server , the F4 is causing huge lagg and stutters on enigma server  . This is confirmed through discord from players. 

I also was on there the other night and it's was unplayable.

I have piss-poor perf even in F5 on Caucasus map. Something definitely changed for worse for me.
