I wouldn't stop flying in DCS , after all it's one of its kind , especially in multiplayer, frustrating and great fun . Might as well use your rig and enjoy what you have in present day .

it seems the FOV interface is off . Or scaling is off . Surly this can be fixed , I've tried it a few times in VR , very immersive but like people have said gunner is off .

I really want a stable platform to fly in . VR Tobe optimized more. The cost of maps and modules to be a reasonable price. Better marketing by ED .

I agree it's a complete mess . It's an old game engine trying to look good , but it's just too old to keep up with other flight sims . Just look at MSFS 2024 and them graphics and apparently you won't even need to upgrade your system. According to YouTube. DCS is a spaghetti of code . It's been going on for months as a multiplayer only man , I know exactly what you are talking about. Your not alone in I can't see anything in multiplayer. Some people here need to exit DCS and try another sim . And see the difference in the spotting fiasco. Because DCS is well behind in this matter . Well behind. They have made all objects the black blob, even your weapons when fired , fire some rockets and watch your black blob streak to it's target. Last time I played this game. That's what I saw . We have all been telling you sharp for months it's different in VR.

Yes this simulator is very real . Everyone screaming it's a realistic flight simulator . No it's a broken so called flight simulator. Yet here we are with bigger problems.

Go and buy a VR headset , find out for yourself. Get one from Amazon test it and return it. Then your see a difference. Mr TV . There is a big difference as you will see , and you won't go back to flat screen .

The whole reason things changed was because no could see targets , loads of threads here , ED screwed up with big black blobs , like I said maybe this is ED playing games, so you want it returned back , man this has been going on for years even worst since 2.9 . Something not right with 2.9 shades and shadow and lightning.

Looking at this When did 2.9 come out . 2020 is an increase maybe due to COVID-19, and 2023 starts dropping off .

Really, what is your game here , there are many references to other flight sims were the player's can seeing targets. So it's not their eye sight more like it's DCS .

It only worked fine on 2D flat screen, VR had issues , and still does on most headsets . ED has not kept up with times and implemented a decent guns only solution to how the aircraft and ground units are drawn .!!!!!! A unofficial mod was created because people in the online community were complaining that they could not see any target . Ed stopped this mod but took the idea and this is what you have today . However it's been overcooked and looks awful. You will get your opinion to turn these blobs off as this is the second time this has happened. Now is this ED making things so bad that you scream for it to be put back to how it was , so that ED, don't need to make a new spotting system , because let's be honest here, they have done jack , with this for YEARS . So why start now . I have my tinfoil hat on .
