It looks correct in the "show controls menu" but it fly's the same regardless of my trim settings.  I have to hold my cyclic forward to fly at any airspeed above 20 knts....

any suggestions?

thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. I have been messing around with the trim settings, and I got the pedals to trim properly but the cyclic will not change it's center position. The controls indicator shows a white diamond in the place where the cyclic has been trimmed to but the red diamond showing the actual cyclic position returns to the center instead of following the white diamond.

It worked fine for me, with the default Instant Trim as defined in the Special Options. Which setting have you selected?
You're sure Force Trim is ON in the cockpit?

Other than that yes make sure FFB is set correctly, since an incorrect setting given your hardware can cause issues (people had problems trimming in the F-4 as well if they had FFB ticked and use a non-FFB stick).

I had the same issue.. Raven's solution was the last part of the jigsaw..

Here's what I set..

In Options > Special > Cyclic Trim Type - "Instant"
in Options > Miscellaneous - Unticked the "Force Feedback".. as my stick is not FFB

in controls for both Pilot and also Copilot I bind the "Force Trim - Interrupt" button to whatever you please..

The trim then worked!!..

For me it was having the FFB checked that was the last part of the puzzle to get it working 🙂

Obviously, the Force Trim needs to be ON in the cockpit.. but does by default on an Auto Start-up..

Many thanks Raven.. sorted..

No issue for me but remember to untick the Force Feedback setting if you have joystick without FF.
