Labels not working?

Is there anyone else that uses labels? Labels work fine in every other mission but for the ones in this campaign and since I have a small screen it's almost unplayable for me. Could it have something to do with the in-mission loading that takes place? Maybe it's a DCS bug.

I use labels… they’re not forced on or off in the missions.

I think that it has something to do with the in-mission loading. I think there were labels in the familiarization mission, but since then I don't recall seeing any. Also, if I launch the campaign missions individually throught the ME, the labels show up.

Concur. I don't get labels when I start the missions from the campaign screen, but do get them when loading them individually. At least that was the case the last time I played, before the recent patches.

This is all I can do about it in the mission editor, if you suspect there is a campaign engine bug, you need to talk to ED, because I don't have access to the core engine code.

Have you tried running a repair? Any unofficial mods?

No mods and I have run a repair. Do you have labels on all missions when you play them throught the campaign menu?

Yes I do. I mean the missions don't enforce anything, so where would the no labels setting even come from? Maybe try checking the 'override mission settings' box and see if that helps.

Heads up, it seems like it's a DCS bug after all, it's on ED's radar now.
