fixed BMP-3 Gun Audio Swapped

I made a post about this in December for the ZBD-04A that had the same issue, and it got fixed.  The BMP-3 7.62mm and 30mm audio are mistakenly swapped with each other. Track file included. You'll notice at 1:30 in this video is the same sound the BMP-3 uses in game for the 7.62mm:

The issue seems to have been fixed internally. The fix should be part of the next DCS update.
