reported Su-25 - Cold War Warrior campaign - Insufficient fuel in mission CWW-07-1

In the Cold War Warrior campaign for the Su-25, the mission CWW-07-1 has the player and wingman loaded with 50% fuel and no external tanks.  That is enough fuel to get to the target area, just barely, but not nearly enough to get back home even if the player were to do nothing but jettison all stores and RTB.  In the other missions in the campaign that fly similar routes to similar target areas, the player and wingman are either loaded with 100% fuel or 50% fuel plus external tanks.
