Hello,

I don't know where the customer support is but i have made a ticket while ago and there is no answer

06/22/24, no answer. 15 days. "Refreshed"twice. No response besides the standard e-mail saying they got my ticket. Don't count on your refund. Stuck with a dead module. Dead meaning this is what you get in all it's unfinished and never to be finished glory. Good job.

DCS isn't very good at customer service, at least with the ticket system. Every time I opened a ticket it went unanswered until I mentioned them to a moderator in a thread and they helped. 

 

So you can get a refund on the f15e? I see they are about to update their radar according to latest patch notes.

My feelings also, I'm disappointed but feel I have my money's worth.

They will include an f15e radar fix in the next patch, so who knows?

Disclaimer: If you bought F-15E in the last 14 days it can be dependent on payment method.

Hello all, Yes you can get a credit back into your account (from DCS's web account). I wrote a kind support ticket asking for a refund as the status of the F-15 was unknown. It took 18 days, but the full credit is in my account.
