Arashenstein Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 Hi, I have started using JTACs a lot lately but I have an issue that some aircrafts do not have Grid input and in some situations the Lat/long info is more useful than Grid (like programming a SLAMER), but I have no idea how to convert one to another, is there any ingame tool to do this or any formula that I can use?

NoJoy Posted July 6, 2024 Posted July 6, 2024 On the F10 map there's the coordinates in your preferrd format on the upper left corner. Just click on that and it cycles through the different formats. Long Lat, Long Lat dec, MGRS, etc Brrrrrrrrrrrt I'd rather call in a Strike Eagle... FalcoGer Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 (edited) I made a tool for that. https://forum.dcs.world/topic/333704-coordinateconverter-alternative-to-theway if you get your coordinates from the F10 map, you can also use LAlt + LMB to bring up a window of the coordinate where you clicked in every format. As a bonus that window even stays open if you go back to cockpit view. Edited July 30, 2024 by FalcoGer
