hello, this may be related to your other post about AV. try again after removing unofficial mods, adding exclusions to AV and doing a repair.

I don’t have any unofficial mods and have done a repair. I’ll try that suggestion about the AV

I added the AV exceptions and didn't get any warnings launching DCS. Ran the long repair. But the game still crashed, here's the log and my DxDiag.

unfortunately i am not seeing a lot of commonality between LOGs. and the LOGs do not indicate a crash as one would normally see.

a crash starts with this line.

I did that but it still CTDs after just a minute or so, this is the Sinai Weapons Range again with the AH-64

M-2000 Aggressors Nevada. So far any mission I try will CTD within seconds or not even launch.

I switched my Windows Power Mode back to Balanced from High Performance. I don't know if that helped but I was able to run the whole M-2000 Aggressors mission, but the game still CTD loading the AH-64 Sinai Weapons Range

A Cinebench test of the CPU and GPU scores are normal.

I have trouble loading other games too, they just freeze or crash when I try to launch them. I wonder what could cause that if it’s not the CPU or GPU? Could it be trouble with the SSD? This happens with different games on different drives so it’s not likely to be a problem with those.

indeed. cinebench does not stress your drives. (unless i am missing something) have you tried some other drive diag software? or just run chkdsk? 

have you checked in Windows event viewer for any errors happening at the time of the crashes?

I’m going to talk to my PC support today and likely do those two things.

the event logs do not show a crash with DCS that crashes "normally". meaning the DCS crash that creates the ZIP in the DCS Saved Games folder. in my case i had a crash 2/4/2024. there was a ZIP but nothing in the event logs. your DCS crash logs do not show the normal DCS crash.

do you overclock? even factory OC on your GFX card could be causing an issue. you could set your nvidia driver to debug to see if it helps.

I don’t have an OC on either the CPU or graphics card. I could try that debug mode. Thanks.

no problem. i mentioned the OC because your sig says you have "ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC". OC means the card is factory overclock.
