Missing Miles

Both my friend and I purchased the full Afghanistan map last week, but none of us has received the miles, I thought we might not get them until the map went live, but still no miles.

It's not just some hidden info. When you click the option to pay with the Miles there is even a clear note that Miles will not be added to this purchase.

Yes, 

Like any airline, you don't aquire Miles with Miles.
