Noticed this first on the F16, same is happening with my Mirage F1, the F18 works.

With the price of ammunition these days do not expect a warning shot.

Since ‘carnage update’ was installed I found lots of bindings for things weren’t working.

The Spitfire throttle was first. When I checked the bindings there was a red exclamation mark in the column. I cleared it and re-assigned it but it persisted. I posted a thread in a panic to fix it. Someone suggested clearing it, restarting DCS then re-assigning it and that worked. At least for that one.

I have loads to go through if I’m gonna fix whatever I find later but I might wait for a fix? I’d lost collective in a chopper too so it seems to be all over the place.

Try clearing it and restarting.

good luck with it.

I feel for ya. Not funny is it. I've still got a few to fix but hopefully I'm through the worst.

a PITA and time consuming doing it the long way round like I did. Back to actually flying something soon. :pilotfly:

Same problem. I still cannot fly the Kiowa properly since the update. The controls don't react correctly after clearing and reassigning. I even went into the Special controls and tried adjusting the throttle setting there. No difference. I also had to reassign the axis controls for the P51 (I only checked a few of my modules). I will try the clear, restart and then reassign for the Kiowa tonight. What a mess!

Have you tried RIGHT CLICKING in the appropriate binding box and manually picking what you want to assign it to (rather than moving the control to pick the assignment)?

Did FFB turn itself on in the general settings by chance? This update did change quite a lot of my settings.

Guys just read the post quoted as solution.

Clear any assignment on every box for every column that has the red exclamation.

Restart DCS

Bind again the axis.
