OP Medusa missing towns

So bit specific but the area in which OP Medusa took place (a particularly significant op during coalition operations in afghanistan) is too rural and missing some key features

See below the area as it is in game

 

Then here it is on google maps (bit more zoomed out), note the impact craters and areas where there were buildings but they were destroyed in the operation (some on left side of image but some harder to see on the right)

ok now here is the F10 map for the area

Finally a map from the actual operation (http://www.operationmedusa.ca/)

Would be great to be able to recreate this large and significant operation on the map properly!

Prior to the most recent update the area was still just filler, not accurate, haven't had a chance to check it since the last update

OK.   The last map you posted, the overlay and the base map seem quite different in the river crossing.  Do you find?   When you fade the overlay out, the bridge isn't on there.  The Rte Vancouver just seems to cross the river further to the east.   Maybe infrastructure additions from the PRT?   Yep later addition.   The COY moved into the objectives crossing the river without a bridge..

I was talking to a guy who was there at close out of Kandahar.   I was sending him screenshots of the game map and some snaps from the map link you provided.  It's kinda close to where our troops were but not exact.

Yeah no bridge at the time, what I was mainly noting with this post is at the time and still now there were simply more buildings etc, specifically marked off in the op map I linked the 3 areas there

 

The game map is missing these, seems to be just kinda generic generated layout based on the roads (the road shapes/positions are mostly accurate at least)
