The Delta Maverick always uses an IR seeker. With MAV as SOI, Boat Switch only changes the color of the crosshair symbology (and/or commands Force Correlate on the CCD-seeker variants). 10 hours ago, Reggie Bigglesworth said: Makes it almost impossible to lock on For the IR seeker to be able to track an object, the object needs to have sufficient contrast. While the IR renderer in DCS is probably not perfect, it does take contrast into account. In turn, cold vehicles on a cold background or warm vehicles on a warm background should be hard or outright impossible to track. Distance and field of view obviously also play a role. If you could recreate the issue in a short track and share that with us, we can take a look and check if the object in question should have a higher contrast against the background, and maybe give you some more specific advice.
