Time Zone

The current map sets Afghanistan local as Zulu+5. Afghanistan is a weird country in that the time zone should be D+, i.e., Zulu+4:30.

Good catch! Wonder if DCS can handle time zones that aren't in 1 hour increments from UTC. Are there any other countries that observe something like this in real life?

Yes, but not necessarily ones that DCS has in it (i.e. Canada)

Iran and the PG area does.

Had no idea this was a problem until this week. A fix would be nice...
