updated with the hotfix, now my game crashes everytime

The solution for this needs to come from Malwarebytes.  If they have a "submit for inspection" or similar link, send the offending file to them to check.  The solution is for Malwarebytes to decide the file is safe and whitelist it.  Nothing ED can do.

Interestingly, one last look, I noticed that its only the MT version that gets quarantined.

It got it to work.  I added the DCS.exe in the bin-mt folder to the Allow List.  Viola!

no, only windows defender and I've check its on the exception list

fixed, classic oculus PTC update again,

 

remove from this and role back, sorted the problem for me.

the problem is created by openXR toolkit being active, disable it and you should be ok with the new PTC
