DCS crashes when joining a multiplayer server

Hi

DCS has been crashing while trying to join a multiplayer server. 

Here is the crash dump. Any help is appreciated. This is very frustrating as it was working fine the other day.

This was happening to me and several people I play with. Disabled Supercarrier and it does not stall out on the menus anymore. Even DCS Dogfighters was lagging on the menu screens with SC installed.

This started happening to me recently also, every time I connect to a public server DCS crashes

There is a GPU-related error
Remove any overclocking from your GPU if you have any.
Uninstall your GPU driver with DDU and install a clean one.

Run a repair of DCS and remove any unofficial mods 

You should try the multi-threaded version of DCS World.
Change your pagefile to at least 32768 MB (initial size) it should help also

Started happening to me today and my laptop is not overclocked.  Zero issues until today, on the latest build.  Game crashes and no crash log is created.

No issues in SP

Turned out to be the Grippen mod I removed it and now I can connect to the public servers

Hi Snoopy, we dont need the crash log, just the dcs log from the session, it should have some clues.

Thanks @BIGNEWY after two repairs of DCS it's working now.

PS I tried to upload my dcs.log file in that post but got a message that the log was to big to upload.

You may have reached your lifetime limit on uploads, might be worth checking your profile and deleting older ones that are no longer useful.

I used to have that problem with MP years ago. Now it's just keyboard emulation. Both issues always after an update. The old remedy was always doing a repair, but....... you needed to turn off your Firewall, un-install mods, reboot, do an update, repair, clean, reboot, then test your connection to MP, if it works, turn Firewall back on, reboot. On occasion I had to do it two or three times, but it always worked. I have found it fixed my keyboard/HOTAS problems, here of late. 

Or just tell your Firewall/AV to ignore DCS.
