LOD capped at 3km?

Hi,

I am flying th Apache again after a break.

I encountered some problems with the TADS. After 3 KM of range all vehicles become just boxes and i am thus unable to idetify what they are. See pics below. Is there a way to increse that distance?

Are you running the ST (single thread) version of DCS? If yes, try the MT one.

Yes, ST, since last Windowsupdate MT is unplayable for me. Get like 10 fps or so

Ah well, ST is sooner or later going to get phased out so the bug fixing will slow down and seize at some point while the MT will be the only thing left... So don't hope on a quick fix of this soon non-existend issue.

Hmm ok, then I have to try and fix MT somehow. Thanks

Try putting clutter/grass to 0. Sometimes that just murders framerate. (and other times it's perfectly fine, idk why)
