mission related Dynamic cargo doesn't work on the whole base

Quick mission on Bastion :

hot start on runway : it works

hot start on heli parking slot : it doesn't

dynamic cargo test.miz

So the issue is you did not have Dynamic Cargo selected for the Helipad, only the main airfield, hence the reason it worked on the runway but not the helo parking.

We do have a report about overlapping zones, but right now both need to be turned on. Thanks!
