leroy1964 Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Everything is powered up and working, I lift the collective the chopper lifts and straight away I lose "all" power and you guessed it...'crash':joystick: Anyone know what would have caused this? Cheers
sobek Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Anyone know what would have caused this? You have your throttle not on auto setting or/and you yank the collective way too hard. Throttle goes two steps up from idle to full auto, ppl tend to forget that. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
joey45 Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 press 'page up' twice. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Sherlock Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Actually I think maybe you are on ground A/C and don't have the batteries turned on or maybe the the generators. When you take off the A/C disconnects and there goes your power. I did this the other day.
leroy1964 Posted May 19, 2009 Author Posted May 19, 2009 Yep that sounds right Actually I think maybe you are on ground A/C and don't have the batteries turned on or maybe the the generators. When you take off the A/C disconnects and there goes your power. I did this the other day. Thanks I think that may be it as i was mucking around with the start up sequence (silly me)
Panzertard Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 Why not use the WIN-HOME for startup, and WIN-END for shutdown? At least you should be able to grab a coffee while you're wathcing the startup :) The mind is like a parachute. It only works when it's open | The important thing is not to stop questioning
