When You use RB-15 in Quick Release mode, Selecting target on Radar, NAV mode and firing within 70 km it ends up with missing Target.

In Quick mode the RB-15 doesn't seek for targets att all, just flies on initial course. and passes the target.

This is a SEVERE BUG and I hope it will be corrected in near future

Hey AX47!
According to RC2.1 page 331, this might not work the way you would expect, because the target has to be within 20km range. In fact, its not written what the missile does when no target is found initially.
Did it work before the update?

Yes it worked before the update. You have done a great job with RB15 apart from this little bug and we have noticed that you shall not exceed M0.9 in order to launch in SERIE, reason Missile no 2 BX8 will collide with no 1 if you launch in too high speed (above M0.9).  BX8,BX7 and BX6 are very good positioned in RadarScope....:)

Nice hit. We will start-up flight operations in NOSIG next week so looking forward next update to get all systems fully operational.

Just to clarify, this means 20 km in front of the missile as it flies forward, not only when it is launched.

"Subsonic is below Mach 1, supersonic is up to Mach 5. Above Mach 5 is hypersonic. And reentry from space, well, that's like Mach a lot."

Seems I have to make that more clear in the manual in order to avoid confusion.

Look at "Area to be covered by seeker". The RB-15 will continue search as it flies forward as long as the engine is running ( ca 70km).

To try to clarify if you have a target 50 km away and You launch in QuickRelease the RB-15 will fly 30 km until target will be locked in the 20 km seekler cone.

MYSE1234 has confirmed that this function is deleted in last update.

I mean, it wasn't deleted; it just wasn't working correctly 😄
Should be fixed now though.

Well yeah, you don't have the fix for it yet. It's fixed internally.

Is it true that the engine must be running to power the radar? The engine powers a generator, and the radar is not powered by a battery?

If You launch at max distance and BX7 is positioned offset the RB15 continues to target dead-stick as long as it can fly above sea level.
