reported Radar is unable to achieve a STT lock when maneuvering slightly

As title says. I'm pulling roughly 2.5gs and rolling slowly and the radar is unable to STT the bandit if my aircraft is maneuvering.

The F-16 for comparison (i'm pulling 6gs with the F-16 and i'm able to STT the bandit with no problem)
