Sharpener For DCS MT INDEX VR

Anybody know of a sharpener that works for DCS MT steam VR Index headset?

Ive been trying to get Reshade VR to work in MT but it wont.

 I dont get the Reshade icon on the steam interface.

Its the sharperner that I want to use as I dont find the DCS one sharpens enough.

You can try my mod

The sharpen is only applied on cockpit and can be tune in game (even if you have to plat with reshade GUI in the mirror screen to set and the VR display to check).
