dresoccer4 Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 Fired up the Huey afterwhile and my favorite key combo (mouse button 2) for cockpit transpose has a red exclamation mark next to it and doesn't work. I tried resetting the command but the red exclamation mark won't go away. Mouse button 2 is not assigned to anything else null Acer Predator Triton 700 || i7-7700HQ || 512GB SSD || 32GB RAM || GTX1080 Max-Q || FFB II and Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle || All DCS Modules
draconus Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 Hover over the red mark to read what is the cause of conflict. Try to clear the bind and rebind with mouse button 2. See if same bind is aleady made in General or UI controls sections. Last but not least move \saved games\dcs\config\input\uh-1h\ folder to some safe place and try to rebind the mouse button. Then import your binds from the safe place for every device. No more ideas for today, sorry. Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
sthompson Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 I had this problem more than once. In addition to what @draconus said I've experienced it when I replaced one joystick with another one where the original joystick had a modifier button assigned that was used for other devices. If the modifier no longer works then you won't get an error when you hover. Remapping solves the problem in that case. 2 I'm Softball on Multiplayer.
