Hi

Love the game and as a result have purchased a track IR4 and if you are reading this and you haven't purchased the game or a track IR then you really, really don't know what you are missing!!!

And as a result of BS i have also purchased an X52!!!

I've found the joystick :joystick: to be buggy and causing game crashes.

I've also found that it is slowing my FPS down, would it be better to not run the profiler but to set up the joystick within the game instead ?

Could the joystick be slowing the game down ?

All help / opinions appreciated.

Whats your specs???

I wouldn't think it would do that?

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Thanks for the reply

My specs are:

Windows XP SP3

Intel Quad @ 2.4ghz

3Gb Ram

Geforce 8800GS with 384mb Ram

I'm wondering if it's time to go to a 64bit System then i could expand the ram and use the DCS Max affinity tool to it's max?

X52 should NOT have any impact on you FPS.

Profiler for X52 can be buggy (it was for me) so try disabling it and set up your commands within the game.

And yes, 64 bit Vista with DCS max will give you 100% boost in FPS in this game.
