Help with Switched Trigger with Multiple Conditions

Can someone help me with with the attached mission please!

Mission goal:

A few minutes after mission start:

1. A randomized B-52 group will attack a specific SAM site (Works correctly)
2. Then another randomized B-52 group (1 of the remaining 2) will attack another SAM site 1 hr. after the 1st attack (Not working correctly)
3. Finally the last B-52 group will attack the final SAM site 1 hr. after the 2nd attack (Not working correctly)

Please include and explanation so I can learn and get better! Thanks!

Bump:

This is what I am trying to do:

1. A randomize 1 of 3 B-52 group to attack a specific SAM site
2. After a sufficient amount of time has passed for #1 to have completed (1 hour)
   1. randomize another B-52 group (1 of the remaining 2) to attack a specific SAM site
3. Finally, after a sufficient amount of time has passed for #2 to have completed (1 hour)
   1. randomize the final B-52 group (the remaining 1) to attack the final SAM site

Any help would be helpful.
