Ghostrida9 Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Is it possible yet to change the Clipping Range for All Objects? maybe via a *.lua script or something like that?? Cause the Objects are clipping way to near.. Thanx a lot:thumbup: RAF Gütersloh Airbase Project Now or Never
Snacko Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 What does clipping mean? Sorry... If you mean the default zoom view is way too close when you start the game. I have wanted to change that default zoom since Lockon came out. I don't like the default view for every object to bee so close I can count the rivets. But in Lockon there was no way I know of to change that default zoom. BTTW-DratsaB Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 I think they are talking about Level Of Detail clipping, the way the buildings go transparent the further away from you they are. It can be changed by files as you say, not sure which ones though. I do know that Modman for Lockon allowed you to control these settings with a nice interface, I assume its the same for blackshark. You can get Modman 7.1 here : http://www.lockonfiles.com/ you will have to register, but its worth it - lots of nice downloads.
