the modeling of these AI aircraft are low-quality, maybe it is time to considering some update. It doesn't have to be like F-16 or F-14, but should be somewhere near Su-34 or Su-24, it is 2024 after all, most of them are retired long time ago, even the early version of Su-30, so I assume there won't be a secrecy issue? Anyway it would be nice to have them update.

Some of them look like they could have come out of Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis and that is not meant to be complimentary.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

If I'm not mistaken they're from Flanker 2.5 (as are most Soviet/Russian naval assets), which is the same age.

And if not Flanker 2.5, then LOMAC - which is 2003, so early a ~couple of years newer.

Now, their damage modeling needs to look like crumpled paper and it'll be perfect!

Dont forget the C-17, Bear, Tu-160... there are many more. But we wont see better models for years to come, if ever.

Still a mystery the new paid asset pack for modern units that is in the works, but I'm sure it wont include even half of those aircraft🤔

C-17, AH-1,CH-53,SH-60 too many of them. I assume re-modeling wound't be pretty difficult. But I don;t have any idea about computer modeling, so correct me if I'm wrong

Modeling for a computer game isn't hard in of itself. HOWEVER, it's not just the model work that needs to be done, but also the texture work, rigging, and much much more. And then, once the model is made, it has to be ported into the game engine, and assuming everything works as it's supposed to, it could be done within about three months. And this by the way, is for something like a tank or warship. Aircraft can't be treated the same way since the game has changed and the expectations are different. Now you also need a proper damage model that's almost on par with the modules, a flight model that is on par, and updates to the weapon options. THAT can add another three to six months if everything works as it's supposed to depending on the aircraft. Bombers for example can take longer than a transport.

And keep in mind, while someone is working on these, they're not working on something else that might be more important.

I see, of course this re-modeling thing isn't on the top of the priority list. Now I understand it is more complicated than I think.
