Is There Still a Navigation Problem?

I heard tell that navigation in the F-16 was bugged.  In recent days I have tried it and that tadpole never points to the right direction.  Does anyone know if the navigation bug is still there?  While we're at it, what about ILS--there was some AI function that if the wind is not blowing in favor of the ILS runway then the tower turns off the ILS and markers.  Is that still true?

Yes, the DCS AI turns off the ILS for the runway that is not in use. Lower wind settings, 2-5kts or so, tend to make it a bit more erratic.
