requested Some missing controls

Hello ! It seems, if I'm not wrong, that it missed an axis for R-828 radio volume control knob.

There is keybind only, but would be nice to get an axis (again, maybe I just missed it in the options).

Missing buttons/switches/covers commands listed here a few months ago should be added to the next core update.

While we're at it, are there other axes needed?
