Radio Channel up/down not working

Even after latest update the channel selector bidding for pilot collective channel selection up/down is not working.... only goes up.

Works fine for me. At least in the training mission.

Oh crap, is that following the latest update DCS 2.9.10.3948 of 4th Dec or was it working before?

Latest update. Never bound it before. Just got started with the training missions now. 

Maybe the settings file is corrupt?

As it was written before. This currently does not work if connected to keys or buttons, it only works as a mouse click. This has not been fixed but will be in the nearest patch. The topic has already been discussed many times in the bug and problems section here.
